Riyadh – Mubasher: Financial services provider Saudi Fransi Capital has announced the distribution of SAR 52.12 million worth of cash dividends to the unitholders of Bonyan REIT Fund for the period from 1 November 2020 to 30 April 2021.
Every unitholder will receive a dividend of SAR 0.32 per unit, representing 3.2% of the unit’s initial price, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
“Dividend distributions will be paid within 15 business days post the eligibility date,” according to the disclosure to Tadawul.
