Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Fisheries Company announced the reconstitution of its board of directors following a board resolution issued on 29 September 2026.
The company has appointed Mansour Abdulaziz Al Sagheer as the Chairman of the Board, effective immediately.
In the same resolution, the board appointed Abdulelah Mohammed Al Wabel to serve as the Vice Chairman.
These leadership changes follow previous organizational developments, including a board reconstitution announced on 4 September 2024, and an earlier resolution regarding the formation of committees and leadership appointments dated 25 October 2023.
The latest appointments are part of the company's ongoing governance updates. The board's decision to restructure its leadership positions was finalized during the meeting held on 29 September, marking a new phase for the company’s executive oversight.
Saudi Fisheries confirmed that these appointments take effect from the date of the resolution.
On 27 September, the listed firm accepted the resignation of Chairman Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Humaid.
