Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Fisheries Company’s board of directors approved the resignation of independent audit committee member Mansour Abdulaziz Al Sagheer on 4 October 2026.
Al Sagheer, who had served on the committee since 15 September 2024, stepped down following his appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
To fill the vacancy, the board approved the appointment of Firas Ali Al Humaidan as an independent, non-board member of the audit committee, effective 4 October 2026.
Al Humaidan currently serves as the CEO of Kayan Cafe and has held various leadership positions within the banking and financial sectors.
He holds a master’s degree in Islamic Banking and Finance from Bangor University, obtained in 2010, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, completed in 2007.
