Cairo - Mubasher: Saudi Egyptian Developers signed a protocol of cooperation with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to sell phases of the Latin District, one of the largest real estate development projects in New Alamein City, the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported on Sunday.
The first phase of the project is expected to be delivered in 2023, the company’s CEO, Mohamed El-Taher, said.
The company targets EGP 2 billion in sales from the project during 2021, El-Taher added.
