Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Chemical Company has signed a contractual agreement with the National Company for Mechanical Systems (NCMS) to supply military materials.
Both sides inked the deal on 14 May 2026 for five years at a value of $198 million (SAR 742 million), according to a bourse statement.
Saudi Chemical Company Limited will supply military materials (trinitrotoluene) in accordance with the approved technical specifications to the NCMS and in accordance with the price and quantities list and purchase orders issued by the other party.
Meanwhile, the financial impact is expected to be positive and will be reflected in the company’s financial statements starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
The company recently disclosed its quarterly results for the three months that ended on 31 March 2026, generating 5.92% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits at SAR 87.21 million.
