Saudi CMA passes Nomu listing of 3 companies

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) greenlighted, on 24 March, the requests of three companies to trade their shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

Rawabi Marketing International Company is expected to offer 1 million shares, representing 6.45% of its share capital.

Wajd Lfe Trading Company intends to float 2.50 million shares, accounting for 20% of the share capital.

Meanwhile, Afaq Al Arabiya for Transportation and Storage Company seeks to trade 900,000 shares, equivalent to 10% of the capital.
