Saudi AtarCloud raises $1.3m in seed round

Riyadh – Mubasher: AtarCloud has secured $1.30 million in a seed funding round, with the participation of BIM Ventures in addition to angel and institutional investors from the Investors’ Mine Group.

Established in 2021 by Haseeb Mohammad and co-built with BIM Ventures, AtarCloud is a Riyadh-based software as a service (SaaS) solution that simplifies property management.

The platform aims to digitally transform properties into integrated and liveable communities that highly focus on the end-user experience, according to a press release.

It targets property owners and real estate developers to provide them with the required tools to facilitate their management activities that include digital onboarding, service ticket management, and payments.

Other services include a number of engaging features, such as sending announcements, organising events, or securing exclusive offers to residents.

AtarCloud entered the property management market when real estate developers were competing to create integrated communities in order to meet the clients' needs for an improved living experience.

Currently, the property management market in Saudi Arabia exceeds an amount of $8 billion annually and is forecast to expand by more than 50% over the next years.
