Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia has registered 907 new COVID-19 infections on Sunday, the lowest number of daily cases since 17 May when it reported 886 infections.
The Kingdom recorded 1,201 more recoveries and 13 additional deaths, according to a report by the Ministry of Health.
The country now has 449,191 total cases, of which 432,138 were cured of the virus and 7,347 have passed away since the pandemic started last year.
Saudi Arabia has administrated 13.88 million COVID-19 vaccine shots until press time.
An official at the ministry revealed that 40 individuals out of every 100 people in the Kingdom have received at least one vaccine jab until 29 May 2021. Therefore, 40% of Saudi Arabia’s total population was vaccinated.
