Cairo –Decypha: Saleh bin Eid Al Hussaini has submitted the necessary paperwork to the World Trade Organization (WTO) Director General, Roberto Azevedo, to become the WTO permanent representative for Saudi Arabia, according to the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.
.Al Hussaini plans to continue down the current government plan to promote the growth of global economy through its leadership role in international organization. In addition, he plans to work on improving the investment environment, increase growth rate, and improve the overall living conditions, all part of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision.
Al Hussaini was one of the members negotiating for the Kingdom's accession to the World Trade Organization team, and has held several important positions in both the public and private sector. Some of his recent positions include work as an agent for Industrial Affairs at the Ministry of Trade and Deputy Director of Saudi Consulting House Services.
Al Hussaini holds a master's degree in economics from the American University in Washington, earned in 1986.
