Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Aramco Total Services Company (AATSC), a subsidiary of Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (Satorp) has redeemed SAR 176.99 million of Sukuk as scheduled every six months.
The value represented 4.72% of the Sukuk total amount, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
Following the partial redemption, the value of each Sukuk certificate stands at SAR 55,260 while the total Sukuk value totals SAR 2.07 billion.
It is worth noting that Satorp is a joint venture between Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) and France's Total Oil Company.
AATSC redeemed SAR 141.46 million of the Sukuk original value Six months ago in December.
