UAE – Mubasher: Samana Developers has launched the Samana Portofino residential project in Dubai Production City at a value of AED 250 million.
This marks the ninth out of 12 projects planned for 2023, according to a recent press release.
Developed by Tecom Group, Dubai Production City is a mix of residential freehold and commercial freezone areas. The residential freehold offers 100% foreign ownership.
Samana Portofino is the first project in Dubai Production City, formerly known as The International Media Production Zone (Impz), by Samana Developers.
The project includes private pools, a common pool, a kids’ pool, a basketball court, a jogging track, a sports court, and more. This is in addition to the Italian Riviera-inspired architecture.
