Riyadh - Mubasher: Salama Cooperative Insurance Company appointed Montaser Mohammed Foudah as the board’s Chairman for four years.
Fahad Talal Kurdi was named as the Vice Chairman until 10 September 2029, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, Bawan Company announced Fozan Mohammed Al Fozan as the board’s Chairman for a new term that started on 26 September 2025 and ending on 25 September 2029.
Raed Ibrahim Al Mudaiheem was named as the Vice Chairman, according to another bourse disclosure.
As of 30 June 2025, Bawan generated net profits valued at SAR 86.87 million, which marked a 66.20% year-on-year (YoY) leap from SAR 52.27 million.
