Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Company (SVCP) announced the results of its second ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) which was held on 30 September 2026.
The primary agenda item approved during the meeting was the election of board members for the upcoming four-year term, according to a bourse disclosure.
The new board session is scheduled to begin on 18 October 2026 and will conclude on 17 October 2030.
The elected board includes Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Faisal Al Saud, Saad Saud Al Sayari, and Abdullah Sulaiman Al Dabaan. This is in addition to Ahmed Osman Abdullah Al Qasabi, Sulaiman Nasser Jubran Al Hatlan Al Qahtani, Sulaiman Ali Al Dakhil, and Saleh bin Badr Al Sane.
The voting results for the board election showed that 62.10404% of the votes cast were distributed among the candidates, while 37.89596% of the votes were abstentions.
No opposing votes were recorded for this item. The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the board, Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Faisal Al Saud, along with several other board members and committee heads.
Meanwhile, SVCP is expected to hold its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 22 October 2026 to vote on a significant restructuring of its capital base.
