SNB’s board proposes SAR 6.9bn dividends for H2-25

Riyadh - Mubasher: The Saudi National Bank’s (SNB) board recommended cash dividends after Zakat valued at SAR 6.90 billion, equivalent to 11.50% of its SAR 60 billion capital, for the second half (H2) of 2025.

The bank will pay out a dividend of SAR 1.15 per share for 6 billion eligible shares, according to a bourse filing.

Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates will be announced later.

It is worth noting that the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has confirmed its non-objection to the proposed cash dividend distribution.

Last year, the Tadawul-listed bank registered SAR 25.01 billion in net profits attributable to the shareholders, higher by 18.02% than SAR 21.19 billion in 2024.
