Riyadh - Mubasher: The net earnings of the Saudi Industrial Services Company (SISCO) came in at SAR 139.4 million during the year 2020, a yearly surge of 173.9%.
The leap in SISCO’s yearly profits was backed by an improvement in revenues and other income, and a drop in financial charges for external debt financing by SAR 9 million and an IFRS 9 gains of SAR 31.9 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
Revenue for the last year hiked by 51% to SAR 1 billion from SAR 675.9 million a year earlier.
In a separate filing, the company said its board proposed distributing SAR 65.28 million or SAR 0.80 per share in cash dividends to shareholders for 2020.
