SISCO Holding’s CEO Suleimani resigns

Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of Sustained Infrastructure Holding Company (SISCO Holding) has accepted the resignation of CEO Khaled Abdulghani Suleimani, effective on 30 June 2025.

The decision was made on 4 July 2025 due to personal reasons and mutual agreement between the two parties, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, the board appointed Suleimani as an advisor to the company, effective from 1 July. He will also continue to serve on the boards of SISCO’s subsidiaries.

The group’s unit, Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT), recently signed a deal to operate four existing multi-purpose port facilities on the Red Sea with the Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani).

As of 31 March 2025, SISCO Holding turned profitable at SAR 24.70 million, compared with net losses of SAR 21.10 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2024.
