Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) said it is still negotiating to acquire a medical supplies plant, according to a bourse statement posted on Tuesday.
The company expects to complete the acquisition in three months.
SIECO earlier said the executive committee gave the go-ahead for holding negotiations over acquiring a medical supplies factory in partnership with an investment company and an institution specialised in medical products.
