Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Industrial Development Company (SIDC) has announced that its specialized manufacturing branch, SIDC Ceramic Factory (CASAVIA), has entered into a formal agreement with the National Housing Company (NHC).
The partnership is focused on enhancing the supply of sanitary ware products through the NHC’s proprietary SupplyPro platform, a digital ecosystem designed to streamline procurement within the construction and real estate sectors of Saudi Arabia.
The agreement was officially signed and commenced on 22 February 2026 and is set for a duration of two years.
Meanwhile, the formal announcement of the award was finalized on 14 May 2026, coinciding with the company’s receipt of the complete and final version of the documentation.
This strategic move is intended to stabilize the prices of supply chain materials for the NHC, providing a more predictable procurement environment for large-scale development projects.
Under the terms of the agreement, CASAVIA will list its comprehensive range of sanitary ware products on the SupplyPro platform. By utilizing this technology, the NHC aims to create a direct and efficient link between industrial factories and a broad network of real estate developers, contractors, and end-users.
The integration is expected to accelerate supply processes and significantly improve the overall efficiency of the real estate supply chain by providing service providers with direct access to development projects.
In terms of financial commitments, the agreement does not specify a fixed total value or a guaranteed minimum purchase quantity.
SIDC clarified that the revenue generated from this partnership will be entirely dependent on the actual purchase orders placed by platform users during the two-year term. Consequently, while SIDC anticipates a positive impact on its total sales volume, the exact financial influence cannot be determined at this time.
The ultimate impact, meanwhile, will be dictated by the scale and frequency of transactions facilitated through the SupplyPro platform.
