Riyadh – Mubasher: SICO Capital Company will distribute SAR 8.58 million worth of cash dividends to the unitholders of SICO REIT Fund for 2021.
To be distributed over 57.24 million existing units, the dividend payout stands at SAR 0.15 per unit, equivalent to 1.5% of the unit’s initial price, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The cash dividend distribution represents 1.73% of the net asset value as of 30 June 2021.
