Riyadh – Mubasher: The unitholders of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund, affiliated to Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital), will receive a cash dividend of SAR 0.1525 per unit.
The distribution value stands at SAR 9.15 million, which will be for the three-month period starting 1 April until 30 June, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
SEDCO Capital noted that the dividend payout will be based on 60 million total outstanding units. It added that the dividend represents 1.525% of the unit’s initial price, which accounts for 6.1% on an annual basis.
