Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) turned profitable in the first quarter of 2017.
The company recorded net profits of SAR 4.94 billion in Q1-17 against SAR 798 million losses in Q1-16, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Operational revenues reached SAR 8.92 billion in Q1 from SAR 8.9 billion in the same period of the previous year, with a 0.3% increase.
