Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) has appointed Khalid Hamad Algnoon as the new CEO of the company.
Algnoon officially assumed his position on 20 June this year, according to a recent bourse filing.
Moreover, the new CEO holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
With more than 35-year experience in different engineering and leadership positions, Algnoon became the Executive Director of distribution and customer services at the listed firm in 2018.
In the first three months (3M) of 2022, SEC registered net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 1.51 billion, down 10.18% from SAR 1.68 billion in the year-ago period.
