Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) approved the board’s recommendation of paying an additional cash dividend of SAR 0.2 per share for 2020.
SASCO will pay a total of SAR 12 million, representing 2% of the capital, to the entitled shareholders for last year, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The company said it will later announce the distribution date.
In 2020, SASCO reported SAR 40.13 million worth of profits, lower by 66.7% than SAR 120.65 million in 2019.
The company recorded net profits of SAR 12.01 million during the first quarter (Q1) of 2021.
