SARCO unveils SAR 8m agreement to rehabilitate hospital

Riyadh — Mubasher: Raya Al Tajdeed Company, a subsidiary of Saudi Arabian Refineries Company (SARCO), signed a contract for the rehabilitation and equipping of the obstetrics and gynecology inpatient department at King Khalid Hospital in Al Majma'ah.

The agreement, valued at SAR 7.93 million including value-added tax, was signed with the Sons of Abdulrahman Nasser Al Aqeel Charitable Foundation.

The contract duration is eight months, starting from the commencement date of the work.

SARCO expects the financial impact of this project to be positive, reflecting on its financial results starting from the third quarter (Q3) of 2026 through Q1-27.

The company confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction. This project follows the initial award of the contract, which also took place on 4 October 2026.

Advanced Industrial Supplies recently inked a subcontract for works on the Banan 1 project.
