SARCO unveils SAR 33.5m contract award for Riyadh project

Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Refineries Company (SARCO) announced that Raya Al Tajdeed, a company owned by one of the listed firm’s subsidiaries, was awarded a construction project for the Burjeel Day Surgery Center in Riyadh.

The contract is valued at SAR 33.50 million, excluding value-added tax, according to a bourse filing.

The project scope involves the execution of turnkey construction, architectural, and electromechanical works for the medical facility.

SARCO noted that the project was officially awarded on 5 October 2026, following a selection process by the Burjeel Day Surgery Center.

The listed company expects the formal contract signing to take place on 26 October 2026, confirming that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.

This award reflects the ongoing expansion of the company's subsidiary operations within the specialized construction and healthcare infrastructure sector in the capital.
