Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) on Thursday signed two contracts at a value of SAR 136.6 million to purchase 2019-model 350 buses, including technical support service.
The buses will be supplied to SAPTCO during the second quarter of 2018, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The financial impact will appear in the firm’s financial results in Q2-18, and SAPTCO will announce later the funding channel of the transaction.
On 12 April, the company signed a contract to purchase 50 Mercedes buses of 2018-model at a value of SAR 61 million.
