Riyadh - Mubasher: SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company appointed Fawaz Mohammed Al Fawwaz as the Chairman for a new term commencing on 30 March 2026, ending on 29 March 2030.
Mohammad Abdullah Abunayyan was named as the Vice Chairman for four years, according to a bourse filing.
SAL ended 2025 with a solid financial performance, recording 5.51% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits attributable to shareholders valued at SAR 697.89 million.
Last month, Rowad Modern Engineering began the development and expansion project for the Saudi group’s facilities at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
