Riyadh – Mubasher: The equityholders of Saudi Advanced Industries Company (SAIC) gave a nod for distributing a cash dividend of SAR 0.25 per share, representing 2.5% of the share’s par value, for the second half (H2) of 2020.
SAIC will pay a total of SAR 12.5 million to the entitled shareholders for H2-20, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The company announced that the distribution date will be 5 July 2021.
The listed firm also paid SAR 12.5 million as dividends for H1-20.
It is worth noting that SAIC reported SAR 26.07 million worth of net profits in 2020, down 8.7% from SAR 28.55 million in 2019.
