Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Advanced Industries Company (SAIC) announced that the memorandum of understanding (MoU) to sell its entire stake in Alsalam Aerospace Industries Company has expired.
The company said that no agreement was reached, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
The expiry of the MoU will have no financial impact on the company.
