SAIB announces board member’s death

Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) announced the death of board member Mohammed bin Salem Mussa, who passed away on 26 September.

Mussa served as a non-executive member of the board of directors. In addition to his board duties, he held positions on the bank’s Risk Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

The board of directors, executive management, and employees of the Saudi Investment Bank expressed their condolences following his passing.

The bank did not provide further details regarding the appointment of a successor to fill the vacated board seat.

In the January-June 2026 period, SAIB logged a net profit valued at SAR 1.05 billion, an annual rise of 3.44% from SAR 1.02 billion.
