Riyadh — Mubasher: Riyadh Steel Company announced the opening of nominations for membership on its board of directors for a new four-year term.
The company is seeking to fill seven seats for the upcoming session, which is scheduled to run from 18 January 2027 until 17 January 2031.
The nomination window opened on 1 October 2026 and will remain active until 31 October.
Interested candidates must meet specific criteria, including being at least 30 years of age and not holding more than five board memberships in listed joint-stock companies simultaneously.
According to the disclosure, the selection process will adhere to the policies approved by the General Assembly on 8 June 2026.
The company noted that at least three members of the seven-member board must be independent.
Candidates are required to submit their applications and resumes electronically, with final election results to be determined at a future General Assembly meeting following necessary regulatory approvals.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the company recorded a 145.76% surge in net profit to SAR 6.03 million when compared to SAR 2.45 million in H1-25.
