Riyadh – Mubasher: Riyad Capital announced the distribution of a cash dividend worth SAR 0.27 per unit to the unitholders of Riyad REIT Fund for the first half (H1) of 2021.
The dividend value represents 2.84% of the unit’s initial price, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The unitholders will obtain a total amount of SAR 46.35 million for 171.69 million outstanding units.
The fund manager Riyad Capital said the distribution date will be within 15 working days from the eligibility date that is equivalent to 24 August.
