Riyadh - Mubasher: Riyad Capital, the fund manager of Riyad REIT, has disclosed the fund’s quarterly financial statement for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.
The report confirms that the fund’s total asset value reached SAR 2.63 billion, while the net asset value (NAV) stood at SAR 1.11 billion, according to the financial results.
The fund, which operates with a current capital of SAR 1.84 billion, reported a debt-to-capital structure comprising 45.67% debt and 54.33% capital.
Total loans drawn by the fund amounted to SAR 1.37 billion, with a maturity date set for March 2031 and an exposure duration of five years.
Operating performance indicators showed rental and operational income at 1.23% of the unit price.
Total expenses and fees for the quarter reached SAR 32 million, representing 1.21% of the total asset value.
At the close of the period, the unit trading price was SAR 5.05, while the NAV per unit remained stable at SAR 10.
The fund manager also noted recent changes to the board of directors and the occurrence of a specific material event during the reporting period.
