Cairo – Mubasher: The startup accelerator RiseUp is calling on startups to submit applications to the third annual edition of the “Africa’s Business Heroes” (ABH) prize competition, organised by Jack Ma Foundation.
Entrepreneurs from all 54 African countries can submit their applications until 7 June for a chance to compete for a place among the top 10 finalists, who will receive a total of $1.5 million, according to a statement on Tuesday.
Over a ten-year period, ABH will recognise 100 African entrepreneurs and allocate grant funding as well as training, mentoring, support programmes.
