Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profits attributable to the shareholders of Retal Urban Development Company amounted to SAR 59.30 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026.
The registered earnings were lower by 12.92% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 68.10 million, according to the interim financial results.
Meanwhile, the revenues climbed by 1.81% to SAR 577.40 million in the January-March 2026 period from SAR 567.10 million a year earlier.
The earnings per share (EPS) went down to SAR 0.12 in Q1-26 from SAR 0.14 in Q1-25.
The quarterly profits shrank by 42.76% from SAR 103.60 million in Q4-25, while the revenues declined by 18.20% from SAR 705.90 million.
In 2025, Retal witnessed 10.22% YoY higher net profits attributable to shareholders at SAR 293.30 million.
