UAE - Mubasher: The UAE developer Reportage Properties has achieved AED 812 million sales in 2020, up 125% from AED 362 million in 2019, according to a recent press release.
The surge in the number of sales reflects the company's strong performance and success in launching new real estate units despite the challenges posed by coronavirus (COVID-19), the CEO of Reportage Properties, Islam Ahmed Suleiman.
During the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2020, the company recorded AED 244.5 million sales.
Suleiman referred that the company is developing four projects in Dubai, including Alexis Tower in Downtown Jebel Ali with 378 units and Rakan Tower in Dubailand area with 488 units.
In Abu Dhabi, the company is constructing Al Raha Lofts 1 with 178 units and Al Raha Lofts 2 with 124 units, expected to be delivered in the first half (H1) of 2021.
The other projects being developed in Abu Dhabi include 612-unit Oasis Residence 1 and 304-unit Oasis Residence 2.
