Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Financial Group Hermes Holding (EFG Hermes) said Thursday that it will pay coupon no. 9 at EGP 2.7499 per share to shareholders of record until 22 May.
The coupon will be distributed starting 25 May, according to a bourse filing.
The company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Thursday has approved distributing cash dividends of EGP 2.75 per share for fiscal year 2016.
Total dividends amount to EGP 1.69 billion divided into two tranches; the first worth EGP 276.7 million and the second at EGP 1.41 billion.
