Riyadh – Mubasher: Raydan Food Company has signed a five-year franchise agreement with Nayef Hasan A. Al Qahtani Est as a franchise agent for its brand in Tabuk.
The financial impact of the contract will be reflected on the company’s financial results for the second quarter of 2020, according to the company’s filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The company noted that the financial impact of the deal is 6% of total sales, in addition to the opening fee of $30,000 per branch.
