Cairo - Mubasher: Raya Holding for Technology and Communications said on Sunday that it has signed a final contract to acquire 100% of Madova which owns 1.7 million shares that represents 19.39% of Makarony Polskie, a polish company specialed in food products.
The contract as signed with an initial value of $2.9 million, after fulfilling all the terms and conditions of the preliminary contract, the company said in a bourse filing.
The company highlighted that it has successfully acquired the company.
Raya announced in June that it is intending to acquire a stake in the polish company, and it signed a initial contract to acquire the company in August.
