Cairo – Mubasher: Raya Holding for Financial Investments inked a deal to sell 9 million shares of Aman Electronic Payment Technology Company, a fully-owned subsidiary, to the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) for EGP 53.33 per share.
This represents 24% of Aman Electronic’s capital, according to a stock exchange statement on Thursday.
In the first nine months of 2020, Raya Holding logged net losses of EGP 53.69 million, down by 8% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 58.16 million.
