Cairo – Mubasher: Raya Holding for Technology and Communications said Sunday that its extraordinary general meeting decided to renew incentive program for 5 years through free stocks, according to a bourse filing.
Further, the extraordinary meeting agreed to amend articles 2, 3, 19, 24 and 37 of the memorandum.
In the first quarter of 2016, the company logged EGP 533,600 losses, compared with EGP 3.85 million profits for the year-ago quarter.
