Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Raya Holding for Financial Investments decided to cancel dividends for 2020, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
During 2020, Raya Holding suffered consolidated net losses of EGP 45.68 million, down by 46.3% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 85.1 million a year earlier, including minority shareholders’ rights.
Revenues rose to EGP 10.75 billion in 2020 from EGP 8.76 billion a year earlier.
