Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Raya Holding for Financial Investment has agreed on a cash dividend distribution of 6 piasters per share for the period ended on 30 September 2021.
During the meeting, the shareholders have also approved the company's financials for the first nine months (9M) of 2021, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the January-September period of 2021, the company achieved consolidated profits worth EGP 481.86 million, against losses standing at EGP 53.69 million in the same period last year.
