Riyadh — Mubasher: Rawasi Albina Investment Company’s board of directors agreed to appoint leadership for a new three-year term.
The board designated Yasser Suleiman Al Thunayan Al Shammari, an independent member, as Chairman of the Board. Jalal Mashi Rashid Al Wadaei, also an independent member, was appointed Vice Chairman.
The appointments follow the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on 26 August, where shareholders elected the board for a cycle that commenced on 13 September and is scheduled to conclude on 12 September 2029.
In addition to the leadership roles, the board appointed Faisal Saad Mohammed Al Buqami as Managing Director and Haya bint Mohammed Abonyan as Board Secretary.
The company further confirmed the appointment of representatives to interface with the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
Rawasi Albina stated that the reconstitution of the audit committee will be disclosed in a separate announcement in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Other board members confirmed for the current term include Ayman Hilal Ali Al Jaber and Mohammed Al Faisal.
