Riyadh — Mubasher: Rawasi Albina Investment Company has formed its audit committee for a new three-year term, effective from 13 September 2026.
The committee’s tenure is scheduled to conclude on 12 September 2029, aligning with the current board of directors' cycle.
The decision follows the Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) held on August 26, 2026, which oversaw the election of board members for the new session.
The newly formed committee includes Ali Salem Al Kathiri, who brings over 18 years of experience in treasury and financial operations, and Sultan Muqbil Al Anazi, a professional with more than 20 years of experience in internal audit and risk management.
Mansour bin Abdulaziz Al Ghunaim was also appointed to the committee, contributing over 10 years of expertise in banking and financial management.
The appointments were finalized during the board of directors meeting held on 13 September 2026. The committee will oversee financial oversight, risk management, and internal control processes for the duration of its term.
