Mubasher: Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) posted a decline of 17.3% in profits during the fourth quarter of 2016.
Earnings amounted to about KWD 193,100 ($631,000) in Q4-16 as compared to around KWD 233,540 ($763,210) in Q4-15, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
During the fiscal year 2016, profits stood at approximately KWD 790,800 which was 12.42% lower than nearly KWD 902,960 in the previous fiscal year.
