Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: RAK Cement bought back 35,000 shares on 10 August, accounting for 9.343% of its capital, according to a bourse statement.
The company purchased the shares at AED 0.81 each, totalling AED 28,350.
As a result, the number of treasury shares grew to 52.23 million, with 3.68 million shares remaining to be bought.
