Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi-listed RAK Cement bought back 510,300 shares on 27 June, representing 8.89% of its capital, according to a bourse filing.
The company bought the shares at AED 0.79 each, totalling AED 403,140.
The total number of treasury shares increased to 49.69 million, with 6.20 million shares remaining to be bought.
