Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi-listed RAK Cement bought back 566,111 shares on 28 June, representing 8.99% of its capital, according to a bourse statement.
The company purchased the shares at AED 0.79 each, totalling AED 447,230.
The total number of treasury shares increased to 50.26 million, with 5.64 million shares remaining to be bought.
