Mubasher: Qatari Diar announced completing the first phase of the Sea Pearl Atakoy project located in the European side of Istanbul, Turkey.
The first phase includes four residential towers, housing 634 residential units, Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported.
The company has already started working on the project’s second phase, which includes four residential towers and a hotel.
The whole project, which covers an area of 128,000 square metres enjoying a view of the Sea of Marmara, boasts eight residential towers with 1,480 residential units and a 5-star hotel tower with 120 keys and 95 services apartments.
Residents can benefit from being close to a marina, an international airport, shopping malls, added to a world-class luxury hotel within the development.
Qatari Diar did not give further details about the project's total cost. The Qatari developer, which is affiliated to the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), has around 39 projects in Qatar and 21 projects across the world with total investments of over $35 billion.
